LandVac Titanium Vacuum Glass Skylight Roof Project
2025-11-27

Project Overview

Located in the Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province, this is a premium sunroom project. The structure utilises LandVac Titanium Vacuum Glass as its core transparent building material to meet high client demands for the thermal insulation, heat rejection, and safety performance of the building envelope.

Glass Configuration Details

Sunroom Roof (28 sq. meters): Features a Vacuum Laminated Composite configuration. This composite structure leverages the vacuum layer for highly efficient thermal insulation and energy savings, incorporating a low-e coating to effectively block solar heat gain. Additionally, the PVB interlayer enhances structural safety and protection for the overhead application.

Vertical Windows (19 sq. meters): Features a Vacuum Insulating Glass (VIG) Composite Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) configuration. This combination of vacuum and gas layers ensures an extremely low overall U-value, providing outstanding thermal performance and an effective solution for noise reduction.

LandVac Titanium-Edged Vacuum Glass is the critical material enabling the high performance of this project, offering distinct advantages:

Optimised Thermal Performance: The high vacuum within the glass unit significantly suppresses heat transfer via convection and conduction, ensuring exceptional thermal insulation and superior energy efficiency.

Acoustic Isolation: The high vacuum layer effectively blocks the medium through which sound waves travel, providing a reliable solution for sound mitigation in the indoor environment.

Material Reliability: The product utilises Titanium Edge Sealing Technology. Compared to conventional sealing materials, the use of titanium helps guarantee the product's performance stability over the long term.
