Recently, LandGlass successfully wrapped up its 2025 LandCampus Educational Aid Initiative at its intelligent manufacturing base. Since its launch in 2017, the program has provided financial support to more than 100 employees' children, helping them fulfil their dream of a college education. This year, 20 students who were accepted into university received assistance.

During the event, Mr. Zhao Yan, Chairman of LandGlass, and other company executives held a warm discussion with the students and their parents. "Education is a powerful force for changing one's destiny," Mr. Zhao said. "LandGlass is committed to providing strong support for every child's educational journey." He encouraged the students to set high goals, be grateful, and be a positive force in their future studies and lives. He urged them to become young people with ideals, skills, and a sense of responsibility in the new era, and to use their knowledge and actions to give back to their parents, their hometowns, and society. After the meeting, the students toured the LandGlass smart manufacturing base. They gained a firsthand look at the company's advanced manufacturing processes, how its intelligent factory operates, and its innovative corporate culture. This gave them a deeper appreciation for their parents' dedication and hard work, and allowed them to witness LandGlass’s strong technical capabilities and digital transformation achievements in the fields of glass tempering machines and vacuum insulated glass.

Choosing good and following the light—the LandCampus Educational Aid Initiative is a powerful example of LandGlass’s people-first approach, integrating employee care and community giving into its corporate culture.
