Why Landvac tempered vacuum insulated glazing is best for high altitudes?
2023-06-29
Compared to normally insulated glazing, one reason why Landvac tempered vacuum glazing is best for high altitudes is that it does not have air between the glass panes, which can avoid air expansion and air pressure problems at higher altitudes. LandVac tempered vacuum glazing also has better thermal insulation performance, as it eliminates gas heat transfer and reduces radiation heat transfer with a low-E coating. Vacuum glazing can achieve a U-value of 0.4 to 0.7 W/(m2K), which is 2 to 4 times lower than insulated glazing.
