The production process for LandVac Titanium Vacuum Insulated Glass (referred to as LandVac) takes place in a 100-meter-long vacuum extraction chamber. This environment achieves a high vacuum level of 10^-4Pa, which is equivalent to one hundred-millionth of a standard atmospheric pressure (our normal environment being one standard atmosphere).

Core Manufacturing Process: Within this ultra-high vacuum environment, air and water vapour molecules between the two panes of LandVac are completely extracted, forming a high-vacuum cavity (or interspace).

Automated Sealing: Through advanced automated technology, the perimeter of this cavity is sealed using titanium alloy welding. This crucial step ensures that the vacuum level inside the LandVac interspace is consistently maintained at below one-millionth of an atmosphere.
